Bonaval strengthens your resume with ITIL V3 Foundations certification

Diagram ITIL3 - continual service improvementThe quality manager and IT manager Bonaval Multimedia, is certified in the prestigious Information Technology Infrastructure Library, ITIL acquiring the skills to develop their service management information technology through the concepts and best practices in ITIL marked. ITIL Service Management is now integrated into the ISO 20000 standard, a standard that won last 2010 Bonaval Multimedia .

In Bonaval we believe our customers applications and services will benefit from the quality and efficiency in the procedures used, developed and improved to manage and maintain the infrastructure, operations and IT developments.

Certification has been obtained through EXIN, one of the two existing Examiners Institute, with base in the Netherlands. ITIL qualification standards are managed by the ITIL Certification Management Board (ICMB) grouping the OGC (Office of Government Commerce, a division of the Ministry of Finance in the UK.) To itSMF International and two Examiners institutes EXIN and ISEB.

The level of certification obtained has been that of “Foundation Certificate”, under the version 3 appeared in 2007, based on the life cycle of the service:
